San Francisco International (SFO) is the primary gateway, roughly 90 minutes by car to Healdsburg. If you'd prefer a shorter drive, Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is about 25 minutes away with regional connections. Plan to arrive by 12:00 PM on Monday — the first event begins at 4:00 PM.
